Catherine has been on the internet for a very long time. She is an Indigenous librarian currently working at the Lake Travis Community Library as a circulation clerk. It is her goal to teach people how to provide good representation of Indigenous peoples in the media they share. Catherine grew up on Big Sandy Rancheria, an American Indian reservation in California. She’s lived in Mesa and Tempe Arizona, Houston, and then New Orleans, before finally getting comfortable in Austin. She spent March 2018 to March 2019 teaching English in Japan, but loves her home where she can find her cat Wilfred, tacos, and good pizza. Catherine loves video games, coffee and reading, her favorite book is “The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul” by Douglas Adams.
I keep a library of the things I’m reading. Click the three little circles, then read reviews to see what I thought of the book. Spoiler (It’s copy/pasted from what I posted on my blog)
